Age-Appropriate Vaccines for Immigration Physical Exams

Effective from May 1st 2014 to current date; USCIS requirements regarding vaccinations for age groups are as below;


Birth-1month

  • Hepatitis B

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Rotavirus

 

2-11 months

  • DTp/DtaP/DT

  • Polio (IPV only)

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Rotavirus (6 weeks to 8 months)

  • Hib (2 through 5 years old) 

  • Hepatitis B

  • Pneumococcal  (PCV) (2 through 5 years)

  • COVID-19 (6 months and older)

 

12 months-6 years

  • DTp/DtaP/DT

  • Polio (IPV only)

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Hib (2 through 5 years old) 

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Varicella

  • Pneumococcal  (PCV) (2 through 5 years)

  • COVID-19 (6 months and older)

 

7-10 years

  • Tdap/Td (if not given DTP/DTaP/DT at 5 years old)

  • Polio (IPV only)

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Varicella

  • COVID-19 (6 months and older)

 

11-17 years

  • Tdap/Td

  • Polio (IPV only)

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Meningococcal

  • Varicella

  • COVID-19 (6 months and older)

18-64 years

  • Tdap/Td

  • Polio (IPV only)

  • MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)

  • Hepatitis B

  • Varicella

  • COVID-19 (6 months and older)

 

65 years and older

  • Tdap/Td
